Service Description
Basic Life Support (BLS) This instructor-led course, taught by a Health & Safety Institute (HSI) certified instructor, covers Basic Life Support (BLS) skills for both single-rescuer and team-based applications in prehospital and in-facility settings. The course emphasizes High-Quality CPR and effective team dynamics. All training is instructor led, with focused coaching, ensuring that students receive hands-on instruction and support from an HSI-certified instructor throughout the entire learning experience. This class is ideal for individuals seeking to obtain or renew their Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification. Training Options: Mobile, On-Site Training Mobile Workgroup Training At-Home, One-on-One, Individualized Training Train at the location of your choice, with personalized instruction tailored to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Training Fee Deposit: At time of booking a deposit/payment of $90.00 will be required to book and secure your training appointment. Any additional training or travel fees due, will be collected at the training. For a One-on-One training session this will pay for your training in full, or cover cancellation fees if applicable (see below). ​ For group trainings, this deposit will secure your training date and is subject to the below cancellation policy. Re-Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy: Cancellations with MORE than 72 hours' notice, and appointment is not rescheduled, your deposit WILL BE refunded. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, unless rescheduled at the time of cancellation, will be charged at the currently published price for an individual private appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. Should you reschedule, your deposit will be retained. Should a second cancellation occur, with or without 72 hours' notice, it will be considered a No Show appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. If you reschedule your appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit to secure your appointment.
