Service Description
Special, discounted rates for Families, Adoptive, Foster & Community Training. Requires a Minimum of two (2) attendees for booking. Weekday appointments save $10 on every certification, a 13% savings! This class meets the requirements for CPR/Basic First Aid training for AZ DHS, AHCCCS, Foster and Adoptive families and is highly recommended for all new parents. This is a CPR/AED/BFA certification class led by a HSI certified instructor. This course is for the necessary level of Adult, Child and Infant (All Ages) CPR and First Aid Training. Certifications: CPR/AED/BFA - 2-year Digital certification issued at end of class Special Scheduling Requirements. This offer is extended to married or domestic couples, foster or adoptive parents or community training. The offer is extended to siblings 8 to 18 years old and two pairs of grandparents. Maximum number of attendees twenty. All attendees at the same training session. Saturday Morning Appointments are available. A minimum charge of $230.00 applies for Saturday appointments, this will certify up to three attendees. Additional attendees will be charged based on our currently posted prices.
Cancellation Policy
100% No Show appointment will be invoiced at the currently published price for an individual private appointment, plus travel fees if applicable. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, unless rescheduled at the time of cancelation, will be invoiced at the currently published price for an individual private appointment. Should a second cancellation occur, it will be considered a 100% No Show appointment and will be invoiced at the currently published price for an individual private appointment pulse travel fees if applicable. Cancellations with more than 48 hours advance notice, are welcome to reschedule as they please, with no rescheduling or canculation fees.
