Special, discounted rates for all Groups including Families, Adoptive and Foster families & Community Training. Requires a Minimum of three (3) Certified attendees for booking. additional, uncertified attendees will be charged at a rate of $45.00 each This class meets the requirements for CPR/Basic First Aid training for AZ DHS, AHCCCS, Foster and Adoptive families and is highly recommended for all new parents. This CPR/AED/BFA certification class is led by an HSI certified instructor. This course is for the necessary level of Adult, Child, and Infant (All Ages) CPR and First Aid Training. Paid Certifications: CPR/AED/BFA - 2-year Digital certification Special Scheduling Requirements. This offer is extended to married or domestic couples, foster or adoptive parents or community training. Minimum age 8 years old Maximum number of attendees twenty. All attendees at the same training session. Saturday Morning Appointments are available. A minimum charge of $210.00 applies for Saturday appointments, this will certify up to three attendees. Additional uncertified attendees will be charged at a rate of $45.00 each.
