"Steve came out to train me and three of my office staff for our BLS/CPR certification at our URPrecious Imaging facility, and it was excellent. He made the material genuinely engaging instead of just checking a box — clear explanations of the "why" behind each step, plenty of hands-on practice for everyone on the mannequins, and real-world scenarios that made the skills stick. He was patient with our whole group, made sure each person got individual attention, and answered every question. The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course offered by "To the Heart CPR" is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills needed to respond effectively to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking. This course meets the requirements set by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZ DHS).
