I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and "To the Heart Mobile CPR Training."

​My name is Steve, and I specialize in providing Mobile CPR Training, Basic First Aid, and Basic Life Support or Basic Life Saving (BLS Certification) training to both individuals and groups. I bring the training to you, Onsite, In-Home, at a Public Venue, or at the location of your choosing.​

I am aligned with the American Heart Association (AHA) and Health and Safety Institute. As an AHA and HSI-aligned trainer I provide nationally recognized certifications in CPR, Basic First Aid, Basic Life Support Provider, Basic Life Saving - CPR for Healthcare Providers, and Bloodborne Pathogens. I use Preston CPR manikins with feedback devices for all CPR and Basic Life Saving hands-on skills training. I also provide hands-on training with an Anti-Choke skills device.

Our CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training is ILCOR-directed and fulfills the training requirements for CPR, Basic First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator, and Basic Life Support for the following Arizona State Agencies:​

Arizona Department of Health Services (AZ DHS)
Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
Certified Caregiver for Assisted Living

Department of Economic Security (DES)
AHCCCS Direct Care Worker (DCW)

Department of Child Safety (DCS)
Foster and Adoption Certification Requirements

AZ Board of Dental Examiners
Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants

Appointments:

PRIVATE, One-on-One (individual) learners Onsite, At Home, or at other locations of your choosing.

GROUPS, Groups consist of 3 or more attendees. Discounts start with the Third attendee and are retroactive to the first.

Weekday Hours:

I am available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. With the last appointment starting at 6:00 p.m., the class will complete at 9:30 p.m.
Should the need arise, I will consider and attempt to accommodate your extended schedule request.

Weekends:

Saturday morning appointments are available. Please see booking details below.

Issuing Cards:

Cards are issued upon completion of paid training (usually within 24 hours of class) and upon receipt of payment. All cards are issued digitally.

AHA BLS cards are retrieved by the payer from the AHA website. Cards can be retrieved either by email or SMS.

HSI All HSI certification cards will be downloaded and emailed to the payer, usually by the end of the workday, and receipt of payment.

Cost of Services, Weekday schedule:
1 Attendees: $90.00 

2 Attendees: $180.00

3 Attendees: $255.00

4 Attendees: $315.00

5 Attendees: $350.00

6 Attendees: $360.00
7 - 9 Attendees: $55.00 each

10 -14 Attendees: $50.00 each

15 + Attendees:  $45.00 each

Special large group pricing for 20+ attendees please call to arrange and receive large group trainings.

Certified/Uncertified Group Training:

Special, discounted rates for all Groups including Families, Adoptive and Foster families & Community Training.

Requires a Minimum of Two (2) Certified attendees for booking.

Additional, uncertified attendees will be charged at a rate of $45.00 each

Saturday Appointments, Private One-on-One or Groups:

A minimum charge of $255.00 applies for Saturday appointments and will certify up to three attendees.
Additional certified Attendees will be charged at the currently published group price.
Additional Non-certified Attendees: $45.00 each.

Payments Accepted:

Cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, credit /debit card transactions will have a processing fee of 3.5% added to the transaction amount.

Pricing Structure:

Pricing is based on the total number of attendees at the time of the class.
Multiple classes scheduled on the same day/location, with a minimum attendance of four (4) per session, will be discounted and invoiced as one continuous class. (Minimum overall group required of eight (8) attendees)

​​TRAVEL FEE AGREEMENT:

To the Heart CPR is geographically located in North Central Phoenix at the SR51 & Hwy101 interchange.
Travel within a 20-mile radius of SR51/Hwy101 (Desert Ridge area, Phoenix, Arizona) is included in the training fee.

Group training (6+ attendees): Please call for travel fees.

Private, In-home, One-on-One training & Small Groups (1-5), additional travel fees will be added at a rate of $1.00 per mile beyond the 20-mile radius of SR51 & Hwy101.

Outside the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix:
Coolidge, Maricopa, Tucson, Globe, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, etc. $1.50 per mile Please call for prices.
