Greetings, thank you for visiting!

​

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and "To the Heart Mobile CPR Training."

​

My name is Steve, and I specialize in providing Mobile CPR Training, Basic First Aid, and Basic Life Support or Basic Life Saving (BLS Certification) training to both individuals and groups. I bring the training to you, Onsite, In-Home, or at a Public Venue, at the location of your choosing.

​

I am a Health and Safety, HSI-aligned trainer providing nationally recognized certifications in CPR, Basic First Aid, Basic Life Support, Basic Life Saving - CPR for Healthcare Providers, and Bloodborne Pathogens. I use Preston CPR manikins with feedback devices for all CPR and Basic Life Saving hands-on skills training. I also provide hands-on training with an Anti-Choke skills device.

Our CPR and Basic Life Saving Training is ILCOR-directed and fulfills the training requirements for CPR, Basic First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator, and Basic Life Saving for the following Arizona State Agencies:

Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
Certified Caregiver for Assisted Living,

Department of Economic Security (DES)
AHCCCS Direct Care Worker (DCW)

Department of Child Safety (DCS)

AZ Board of Dental Examiners
Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants

Appointments:

PRIVATE, One-on-One (individual) learners Onsite, At Home, or at other locations of your choosing.

GROUPS, Groups consist of 2 or more attendees. Discounts start with the second attendee and are retroactive to the first.

For 8+ attendees, please call (602) 284-6928 for assistance scheduling your training.

Weekday Hours:

I am available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. With the last appointment starting at 6:00 p.m., the class will complete at 9:30 p.m.
Should the need arise, I will consider and attempt to accommodate your extended schedule request.

Saturday morning appointments are available. Please see booking details below.

Issuing Cards:

Cards are issued upon completion of paid training (usually within 24 hours of class) or upon receipt of payment and will be provided to the payer's email at the end of the workday.

Cost of Services:

Cost of services (Weekday schedule):
1 - Attendee: $80.00 each
2 - 3 Attendees: $75.00 each
4 - 6 Attendees: $65.00 each
7 - 9 Attendees: $60.00 each
10 - 14 Attendees: $50.00 each
15+ Attendees: $45.00 each

Weekday Family and Community Groups:
Certifications issued: $65.00 minimum for 2 attendees.

Additional certified attendees: $55.00 each.
Additional non-certified attendees: $50.00 each.

​

Saturday Appointments:
A minimum charge of $230.00 applies for Saturday appointments and will certify up to three attendees.
Additional Attendees with certification at the currently published price will be charged at the currently published group price.
Additional Non-certified Attendees: $50.00 each.

​

Pricing Structure:

Pricing is based on the total number of attendees at the time of the class.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 20 attendees.
Multiple classes scheduled on the same day/location, with a minimum attendance of four (4) per session, will be discounted and invoiced as one continuous class. (Minimum overall group required of eight (8) attendees).

Re-Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice are welcome to reschedule as they please, with no rescheduling or cancellation fees.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, unless rescheduled at the time of cancellation, will be invoiced at the currently published price for an individual private appointment, plus travel fees. Should a second cancellation occur, with or without 48 hours' notice, it will be considered a 100% No Show appointment and will be invoiced at the currently published price for an individual private appointment, plus travel fees if applicable.

TRAVEL FEE AGREEMENT:

To the Heart CPR is geographically located in North Central Phoenix at the SR51 & Hwy101 interchange.
Travel within a 20-mile radius of SR51/Hwy101 (Desert Ridge area, Phoenix, Arizona) is included in the training fee.

Group training (4+ attendees): Please call for travel fees.

Private, In-home, One-on-One training & Small Groups (1-3).
Additional travel fees will be added at a rate of $1.00 per mile beyond the 20-mile radius of SR51 & Hwy101.

Outside Greater Metropolitan Phoenix:
Coolidge, Maricopa, Tucson, Globe, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, etc. Please call for prices.

​

Mobile Service, at your location, your home, business, apartment complex public areas, favorite coffee shop, or fast-food restaurant—wherever you are most comfortable.
