CPR/AED/Basic First Aid Certification This CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certification course is led by a certified HSI instructor. It covers CPR and AED training for adults, children, and infants (All Ages), and Basic First Aid. Course Overview: This instructor-led course is designed for individuals who need CPR and First Aid certification. It meets the training requirements for AZ DHS, AHCCCS for Direct Care Workers (DCW), Assisted Living Aides, Home Health Aides (HHA), group home staff, and OSHA workplace requirements. Group Discounts: 7 - 10 Attendees $60.00 ea. 11 - 15 Attendees $50.00 ea. 16 Pluse Attendees $45.00 ea. 2-year Digital Certification issued upon completion of the course, and receipt of payment. Cards issue at end of day.
Cancellation Policy
Training Fee Deposit: At time of booking a deposit/payment of $90.00 will be required to book and secure your training appointment. Any additional training or travel fees due, will be collected at the training. For a One-on-One training session this will pay for your training in full, or cover cancellation fees if applicable (see below). ​ For group trainings, this deposit will secure your training date and is subject to the below cancellation policy. Re-Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy: Cancellations with MORE than 72 hours' notice, and appointment is not rescheduled, your deposit WILL BE refunded. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, unless rescheduled at the time of cancellation, will be charged at the currently published price for an individual private appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. Should you reschedule, your deposit will be retained. Should a second cancellation occur, with or without 72 hours' notice, it will be considered a No Show appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. If you reschedule your appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit to secure your appointment.
