Service Description
All Training Sessions: CPR/AED Only CPR/AED/Basic First Aid BLS/AED Basic First Aid Family, Foster, Adoptive, and Community Groups, Requires a Minimum of Three (3) attendees for booking. CPR/AED/Basic First Aid training meets the requirements for AZ DHS, AHCCCS for DCW & DDD, Assisted Living Aids, Home Health Aids (HHA) Foster and Adoptive families and is highly recommended for all new parents. All certification training classes are led by an HSI certified instructor. and includes hands on skills practice and certification cards. A minimum charge of $210.00 applies for Saturday appointments, this will certify up to three attendees. Additional attendees will be charged based on our currently posted prices.
Cancellation Policy
Training Fee Deposit: At time of booking a deposit/payment of $90.00 will be required to book and secure your training appointment. Any additional training or travel fees due, will be collected at the training. For a One-on-One training session this will pay for your training in full, or cover cancellation fees if applicable (see below). ​ For group trainings, this deposit will secure your training date and is subject to the below cancellation policy. Re-Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy: Cancellations with MORE than 72 hours' notice, and appointment is not rescheduled, your deposit WILL BE refunded. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, unless rescheduled at the time of cancellation, will be charged at the currently published price for an individual private appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. Should you reschedule, your deposit will be retained. Should a second cancellation occur, with or without 72 hours' notice, it will be considered a No Show appointment. Your deposit will NOT be refunded. If you reschedule your appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit to secure your appointment.
